Hello and welcome to University Grove it’s the most North and the most East neighborhood we have in Redlands California as though it’s a planned Community with an HOA it has quite a few single stories and a lot more two story homes the neighborhood was built in the early 2000s mostly between 2000 and 2003 there’s about 300 right over 300 homes in the neighborhood so let’s check it out University Grove mostly features midsize homes the smallest single story homes are 2 57 sq ft which are typically a three-bedroom two bath home and the largest homes are about 3,300 square ft with several of them up to 3500 sq ft the community was started in 2000 and the Builder finished in 2023 so there’s roughly 309 houses in the community and the Builder is build and the Builder is Standard Pacific Corporation the most recent sales have been just under 700,000 and up to the high 700,000 as of this video as far as schools goes we have Jetson and brown which is a new school down the street Clement Middle School which isn’t to farther away and then the high school is Redlands East Valley High School the neighborhood is also surrounded by orange groves and adjoining it is also some shopping centers so we have our Stater Brothers shopping with a bunch of other little shops there’s a Starbucks in there sandwich shop and then across the street from here there’s actually a gym a pizza place all kinds of good places have fun out all right thanks for joining me enjoy the rest of the tour if you need anything reach out thanks bye.
