Video Details: Hey guys Thomas here and today we’re checking out Normandie Court it’s on the corner of Clark and Normandie and the street of really cool houses so they’re all like gnome houses so let’s take a quick walk up and the quick walk down. For the most part of the inside they’re all normal houses it’s just a street just has this look to it, the picturesque cottages feature high hipped roofs wavy shingle patterns on the roofs and speckled wall finishes of varying texture. So what kind of prompted this video, is one just came on the market so we’ll go check it out here in a couple minutes they rarely come up for sale and when they do they’re snatched up pretty quickly. A little piece of Halloween here. It’s a cul-de-sac and if you haven’t noticed the two properties at the end are both duplexes. The green one here is always really neat has all kinds of cool things in the driveway a lot of times decorations and things. Some of the owners have placed little ceramic gnomes on their doorsteps or in their garden. These 18 feet cottages were built in 1926 and started out as rentals, each home on Normandie court was built with a single car garage there’s one vacant lot where the home burned down several years ago. They were built as a rental but they maintained their own separate legal partials in order to accommodate future individual sales which they all were sold off. The homes were fully landscaped and can be rented furnished or unfurnished. They’re just so cute. Alright so that was a quick tour of Normandie Court and I’ll catch you on the next one.
